Room cleanliness needs serious attention!!! Central heating control that doesn't work for individual rooms is frustrating!!! Clean towels should always be a given, not an exception!!!

Upon arrival, I encountered significant confusion with the room assignment, as the initial key led me to a dirty room with used bedding. Second room had lighting issues in the bathroom, and throughout the stay, the uncomfortable bed and lack of proper breakfast choices left much to be desired. The street noise was constant due to the hotel's location, making sleep a challenge. the place feels rather dated and in need of a refresh, which may not bother those just looking for a basic stay.

Had a lovely stay with a super comfy double king bed and enjoyed the delicious grilled food from the basement restaurant. The lounge area was perfect for winding down after a day out, and the in-house Shisha was a nice touch. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

The staff's dedication was remarkable, as they stayed up late to ensure we made our early flight without hassle. The proximity to the train station made our travels smooth and convenient.

While the hotel is a bit dated and basic, it was clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the breakfast options could use improvement, and noise from thin walls was noticeable at times.

during my stay, I loved the fact that the hotel is just a short stroll from the beautiful Parkland Walk, perfect for morning walks, and I found amazing dining options like La Vina Tapas Bar just a few steps away, which made exploring the area super enjoyable.

i had a lovely one-night stay here celebrating a birthday. the hotel exceeded my expectations with its friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. my previous stay in london didn't compare to the enjoyable experience i had at the shelton....

The location is super convenient, just a minute from the train station that connects to Finsbury Park. My room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a nice shower with reliable hot water. Bedding was clean, and they provided free toiletries and towels. Staff were helpful.

The location was perfect for exploring, just a quick walk to the station. impressed with the clean and tidy room.

The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch and I appreciated the comfortable bed. the paper-thin walls allowed for excessive noise, which disrupted my sleep, while the limited refreshments in the room left much to be desired.
